To find in Iris: go to Modules and select "Meeting Facilities" from drop down menu:

2. Calendar
2a. Meeting Calendar: Displays all meetings occurring during the month.

"Buildings" shows ALL meetings occurring at every location. To only see meetings at specific locations, select the building of choice from the dropdown menu and the calendar will filter:

Select "Daily Detail".

Select the drop-down function to print out the page.
during Summer Conference season, the "Daily Details" will be printed out daily due to the extensive activities undergone.

3. Reservations
3a. Meeting Facility Reservations: Provides a list of meetings occurring within the month. This page allows you to filter specific parameters:

Meeting reports creates reports for the following:
-
Conference List – Creates a list of pending, confirmed, and cancelled meetings within a selected date range

Meeting Space Calendar – Creates a list if selected meeting room reservations by location and date

Meeting Space Schedule by Date – Creates a list of meeting room reservations by date
-
Meeting Space Schedule by Space – Creates a list of meeting room reservations by date, location, pending, cancelled, or confirmed
