The HI Desk logs all transactions and updates on transactions.

1. What is the purpose of issuing temporary keycards?

To provide access for residents who have been locked out, recently moved into a new space, & given to students who need emergency spaces.

2. Where can I find the necessary software to issue a keycard? Where should I log temporary keycard transactions?

Location: Persona (to activate access to residents); Teams (shared with Courtesy Key Log spreadsheet)

3. What are the expectations when issuing a temporary keycard?

Centralizing essential information of what, when, and who requested a Temporary Key Card. Track the number of days resident has the Keycard. Unlike the courtesy keys, we do not charge students for temp key cards! We track these for internal reasons.
