1. Accessing the HI Daily Task Sheet

The HI Daily Task Sheet is accessible via the following link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17OZ_VT8puHjUdpjEe--K8oeQ3t7BN0MWiP7dQb1kKwc/edit?usp=sharing

Is it also accessible via Google Sheets. Simply search up google sheets in your web browser of preference and search for a sheet titled "HI Daily Task Sheet". If the sheet does not appear in your google sheet inbox, please request access from an FTE.

2. Location Specific Tasks

The Daily Task Sheet is divided into three different sheets. Each sheet corresponds to its pertained HI office location. Each office task sheet possesses location specific tasks that may differentiate between the different offices.

Please read each sheet carefully as there will be nuances to each sheet.

3. Navigating Tasks / Completing Tasks

Daily tasks are ordered chronologically by the time of day.

Depending upon the time of day you are scheduled, please complete the required tasks by writing down your initials in the cells corresponding to the tasks for that particular day/shift time of day once completed.

1. What is the purpose of the HI Daily Task Sheet?

The sheet is meant to be a tool for you all to keep track of everyday tasks that must be completed to ensure that the HI Desk runs smoothly.

2. Where is the daily task sheet located?

You should all have the link bookmarked on your google chrome profile. It can also be found in the top section of the HI Desk Log, it is highlighted yellow.

3. What is expected?

We have noticed a decrease in activity with this spreadsheet, we want to remind you all to have the Daily Task Sheet open as it is.
